About Us
Staff in Shape was founded in January 2024 after identifying a need to provide physical fitness classes to staff at a partner school while reducing insurance premium costs.
Staff are offered programming before and after school hours, including weekends. Staff in Shape offers yoga, strength training, Pilates, mindfulness, and meditation, aimed at staff physical fitness and wellness. SIS currently serves staff at two private schools and one charter school in Broward County, Florida. SIS contractors with licensed, professional, and experienced physical fitness instructors to provide classes.
